Who doesn't like a cool  ice-cream in the summer heat, or just as a snack in the evening?

We recommend Protein Ice Cream not only for athletes, but for anyone who loves ice cream, and it's also a good way to increase your daily protein intake. Plus, it can be made without cooking.

All you need is a shaker, some water and a little patience, because you just have to let it rest in the freezer for 2-3 hours and you're ready!

A good choice to pair with the Protein Brownie is an ice-cold protein ice cream, to boost your daily protein intake and satisfy your sweet tooth at the same time.

Directions

Mix 1 serving (50g = 1 and 1/3 scoop) of the product with 100 ml of water in a mixing bottle and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours. For a creamier consistency, use a hand mixer in a bowl.

It was produced in a factory producing foods containing milk, eggs, soya, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and sulphur dioxide.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Store prepared product in the freezer and consume within 1 day after opening.

 

INGREDIENTS: instant whey protein concentrate (milk) [whey protein concentrate (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soy)] 47%, creamer [partly hydrogenated coconut fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers (E471, E472a), glucose syrup, sucrose, milk protein, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], whole milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder 8.0%, flavourings, grated chocolate [cocoa mass, cocoa butter, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: lecithins (soy), flavouring] 2.0%, bulking agent (polydextrose), salt, colour (ammonia caramel), sweetener (sucralose).
