The amino acid L-Ornithine is a central part of the urea cycle. The main use of the urea cycle is in Arginine biosynthesis, so Ornithine is an intermediate in that metabolic process. Ornithine stacked with 1 gram of Arginine and 2 grams of Glutamine is a popular combination among hardcore bodybuilders.

Directions

Take 1 capsule a day before going to bed. Always administer on an empty stomach with water!
